Our B&B is located 50 meters from the sea on the first and last floor of one of the most beautiful historic buildings of the Roman coastline
with independent entrance in the characteristic pedestrian area of the historic center of Ostia, packed with
restaurants, clubs and elegant shops.
Given the location your stay will enjoy the wonders of Rome and the relaxation of our beaches and lush pinewoods like Castelfusano,
with its reserve of the President and Capocotta famous for its miles of white sand and majestic Mediterranean scrub.
The Roma / Lido station, just a few meters away, will allow you to reach the center of the capital in 30 minutes, with only 5 minutes (two stops)
of the same train you can visit the suggestive archeological park of Ostia Antica, where the first river and sea port was built, first richness of the Roman empire.
The new marina is reached by public transport or a lovely 15 minute stroll on our promenade.
Rome Fiumicino Leonardo Da Vinci International Airport is 15 minutes away and can be easily reached by train, bus or taxi.

HOW TO GET TO OSTIA FROM TERMINI OR TIBURTINA STATION BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Take the METRO B towards Laurentina.
Get off at one of the following stops: Piramide, Basilica San Paolo, Magliana.
Take the Roma-Lido and get off at Ostia Lido Centro station.
Continue on foot for about 500 meters. or take the BUS number 05 or 01 and get off after two stops.

From the Via del Mare:
Reach the Grande Raccordo Anulare of Rome.
Take exit 28 of the G.R.A towards Ostia.
Pass Vitinia, Acilia and Ostia Antica, skirt the excavations until you reach Ostia Lido.
Proceed in a straight line, pass the roundabout in Piazzale della Posta, continue for about 100 meters on Viale della Marina
until you find the entrance to the pedestrian area on your left.
Via Lucio Coilio, 38 is located in the pedestrian area, it is not possible to access by car.
The closest address is Viale della Marina in front of the newsstand.
We are on the left side just 5 meters.
Rome Fiumicino motorway:
Reach the Grande Raccordo Anulare of Rome.
Take exit 30 of the G.R.A. towards Ostia.
Go past the Rome-Civitavecchia motorway junction.
Turn left at Fiumicino airport and, following the direction of Ostia, take via della Scafa.
Proceed in a straight line, pass the roundabout in Piazzale della Posta, continue for about 100 meters on Viale della Marina
until you find the entrance to the pedestrian area on your left.

From Via Cristoforo Colombo:
Reach the Grande Raccordo Anulare of Rome.
Take exit 27 of the G.R.A. towards Ostia.
Go through the Acilia and Casal-Palocco junctions.
Getting to the Rotonda di Ostia.
It runs along the seafront towards Ostia center until you reach the jetty, Piazzale dei Ravennati,
turn left and continue for around 50m on Viale della Marina
until you find the entrance to the pedestrian area on your right.
